Individuals: If you order up to 10 items (framed poetry/poetry-writing service), your purchase will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.If you order 11-30 items,your purchase will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. If you order more than 30 items, shipment time will vary depending on the size of your order. If you order framed poetry or the poetry-writing service, your package will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 days transit time. This excludes weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All friendship bracelets will be sent via first class mail within three business days of receipt of payment. We offer Ground Delivery for gift baskets. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
